10 Rules for Free Lancers
As freelancers, it's very important that one follows basic self-discipline and certain rules in order to sustain in market. I have identified few things below.
1) Find your Unique Selling Proposition.

- You gain energy after doing the same.
- It comes naturally to you (with few extra learnings).
- You grow after doing that stuff repeatedly.
- You become better day by day.
- You love to do that stuff again and again.
2) Devise something exclusive that revolves around your unique ability.
3) Keep a track of 3 parameters. Time – Energy – Money.
4) Avoid networking with un necessary people as these are biggest time suckers.
These are Chinese eggs in sales language.
5) Give before you get. In our business we need to trust people. However don't repeat the same mistake again and again.
6) Sharpen your saw daily .Yes daily. Read, Listen, Watch.

7) Don't depend on Consultants for your assignments. Instead be your own consultant If you are not in working, then either you should be learning or reaching out to people for your programs that can solve a great problem of their life .
8) Don't compete with anyone, instead compete with self . Try to beat your week’s performance, month’s performance consistently. Ask questions. What, when, where, why, who, how?
9) Strategizing is most essential. Jot down notes each time. Make plans and execute them. Be questionable and answerable to your own plans.
10) Be shameless with shameless people to get your payments on time. It’s your business, you can survive without money.
